<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display board with not only an air cleaning function but also fantastic displaying by applying a photocatalystic action of titanium oxide and luminescence and afterglow of a phosphor. <P>SOLUTION: By depositing a titanium oxide film on a base material formed by bonding small grains of transparent quartz glass, letting polluted air pass through the inside, and irradiating the contact surface with blinking ultraviolet rays, air cleaning is carried out by the photocatalystic action, and also the display board is made to fantastically display an illustration drawn with the fluorescent paint. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
