<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet skew amount detecting device, a sheet processing device and an image forming device equipped with the sheet processing device with a simple structure capable of forming a punched hole in an appropriate position even when a sheet is skewed without raising the cost. <P>SOLUTION: Side end detection means 41b-41e detect the side ends of the sheet fed to a hole punching means 40 for punching holes in the sheet after image forming, in the direction orthogonal to the sheet feeding direction. A control means detects the skew amount of the sheet by performing multiple times of side end detecting operation of the sheet by the side end detecting means 41b-41e. The control means corrects the moving amount of the hole punching means 40 by a moving means 42 for moving the hole punching means 40 to a position for punching holes in the sheet, according to the skew amount of the sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
