REUSABLE MOLD AND METHOD FOR USING SAME

A mold apparatus for manufacturing a surface patterned block. The apparat us includes a resilient template with a relief pattern supported in a support frame. A setting substrate is supported in the support frame and on the cloth template and has at least one moldable surface. The relief pattern contacts the moldable surface and transfers the relief pattern to the moldable surface to form the surface patterned block. A method of producing a patterned block and a patterned block are also provided.
