<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub device with a handrail that reduce a burden during an entire bathing process when a feeble elderly person or a physically-handicapped person is taking a bath without providing the handrail by using a sidewall or the floor of a bathroom in the vicinity of an individual bathtub. <P>SOLUTION: The bathtub device has one fixing portion fixing the handrail is provided on the flange of the bathtub and the other fixing portion is provided on the sidewall in the bathtub, a horizontal portion in which the handrail is arranged nearly in parallel with and above the bathtub flange, and projected toward the exterior of the bathtub from the bathtub top face opening, a vertical portion formed by bending one bathtub top face opening side of the horizontal portion nearly vertically, and a vertical portion formed by bending the bathtub exterior of the horizontal portion downward vertically. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
