The device has a motor (12) piloted by electrical units to assure driving in rotation of a cam profile. A motor or linear jack assures an angular movement of a concave bar (6) to vary a crossing angle and a winding course. The motor or linear jack is enslaved by a calculator programmed according to parameters in combination with a transducer (14) to control a position of a guide wire (1) integrated with a carriage (2).
