RESIN COMPOSITION WITH IMPROVED ULTRASONIC WELDING PROCESSABILITY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition having improved ultrasonic welding performance of which the resin has inadequate bonding by ultrasonic welding.

SOLUTION: In the resin composition having improved ultrasonic welding processability, a polymer particle of a multi-layered structure having a hard resin layer as the outermost layer and a rubber layer at the inside is dispersed in a thermoplastic resin selected from polycondensation resins. The polymer particle of a multi-layered structure is in an amount of 0.5-50 mass% based on the total mass of the thermoplastic resin and the polymer particle of a multi-layered structure and a peak temperature of the main dispersion of the loss tangent (tanδ) stemming from a rubber layer of the polymer particle of a multi-layered structure in dynamic viscoelasticity measured with sinusoidal wave vibration of 1 Hz frequency is -60 to 0°C.
