<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a memory cell array. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises allocating a word line of the memory cell array as an address for writing a group of data from a cache memory to the memory cell array, and scrambling the address of the group of data by writing a first chunk in a specific group of data from the cache memory to the first word line of the array, and by writing a second chunk in the specific group of data from the cache memory to a second word line of the array.
