<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful method for controlling and regulating differentiation of a neural stem cell utilized for regenerative medical techniques, etc. <P>SOLUTION: Differentiation from the neural stem cell to a nerve cell, a glia cell, etc., is regulated by controlling the expression amount of Oct-3/4 protein in the neural stem cell.
