摘要 PURPOSE: A high-efficient smart power amplifier is provided to enhance the efficiency in a low-power mode, optimize the power consumption, and control a gain difference between a high-power mode and the low-power mode by improving a structure of the smart amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A common input impedance matching circuit(16) is used for matching an inputted RF signal and outputting the matched RF signal. A high-power amplifier(11) and a low-power amplifier(12) are used for amplifying an output signal of the common input impedance matching circuit. A common output impedance matching circuit(21) is used for performing an impedance matching operation for the amplified RF signals. A plurality of input/output impedance matching circuits(17-20) are used for forming the output signals of the common output impedance matching circuit as in-phase signals. A current circuit is used for supplying or interrupting the bias current to the high-power and the low-power amplifiers.
