PURPOSE: A method for initializing server-based collaboration for e-mail attachments on a P2P(Peer-to-Peer) computing environment is provided to enable a user to initialize and manage collaboration on a collaboration server by using the e-mail sent to co-collaborators. CONSTITUTION: An electronic message, such as an e-mail message, a meeting request, or other electronic message, including sender information and more than one attached document is accepted(300). As a request is transmitted to the collaboration server, the collaboration between receivers on more than one attached document is initialized(310). The message is sent to the receivers(320). |
