REFRIGERATING AND FREEZING METHOD AND FREEZER FOR CELL AND TISSUE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing method and a freezer capable of freezing cells and tissues without damaging freshness and functions of the cells and tissues.

SOLUTION: This freezer is structured so that an object is frozen at a temperature lower than a freezing temperature while generating rotation movement of water molecules in an inner space of the freezer. The freezer has the inner space which is sheathed around by a heat insulation material and a refrigerating means capable of cooling the inner space and maintaining it at a predetermined temperature. The inner space is equipped with a means for generating rotation movement of the water molecules.
