<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily agglomerating metal-containing powdery waste such as steel manufacturing dust in a high yield with prescribed quality in a short time without depending on weather. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of agglomerating steel manufacturing dust, metal-containing powdery waste, a material having latent hydraulic properties and one or more of alkali stimulants selected from the oxides, hydroxides, carbonates and silicates of alkali metals and the oxides, hydroxides, carbonates and silicates of alkaline-earth metals are kneaded, and the kneaded material is hardened by the latent hydraulic properties of the material having latent hydraulic properties. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
