SPINDLE MOTOR ASSEMBLY FOR OPTICAL DISK PLAYER, CONCERNED WITH REDUCING A BURDEN OF A WORKER AND IMPROVING WORKING PRODUCTIVITY

PURPOSE: A spindle motor assembly for an optical disk player is provided to simplify a process of assembling a multilayer PCB where plural chip parts are mounted and a motor base plate for supporting a motor, thereby reducing a burden of a worker and improving working productivity. CONSTITUTION: A PCB(31) is mounted with plural chip parts(34) on an upper surface, and has plural pierced upper assembling holes(3a) and upper reference holes(36a). In a base plate(33), lower reference holes(36b) and lower assembling holes(3b) corresponding to the upper reference holes(36a) and the upper assembling holes(3a) are pierced in plural, and a mounting hole(37a) is pierced. An axis holder is fixed to the mounting hole(37a). A lower end of a rotational axis is rotatively assembled in the axis holder. An insulating film(2) is formed by applying an insulating layer to an upper surface of the base plate(33). A coupling unit couples the upper assembling holes(3a) with the lower assembling holes(3b), to integratedly assemble the PCB(31) into the base plate(33).
