PURPOSE: A smile mouth piece is provided to maintain the smiling mouth shape of a human being during sleeping. CONSTITUTION: The smile mouth piece includes; an upper and lower grooved body(2,4) matching to each tooth edge of upper and lower teeth; an upper and lower opened edge(5,6) connected to each extension of the upper and lower grooved body(2,4); a wall(7) closing the space connected with both right and left ends(E,W); many ventilating holes(8) punched on the wall(7); and a grip(9) of a mouth wall form, which is installed in the front of the wall(7).
