Supports are formed as lower and upper cylinders with block bearings. Ratchet includes pins. Device is provided with cup put on upper compression spring part and with spindle having bearing. Spindle and upper support cylinder are connected one to another by dowel. Spindle end is located in ratchet cavity and has bearing and chassis wheels cooperating with side ratchet edge and ratchet groove.
