<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly remove a deposit on a surface of an electrode part using a beadlike abrasive, to widely secure a flow route for an inspected fluid to prevent a suspended matter or the like from being deposited, and to prevent the beadlike abrasive from flowing out to an outside of a system. <P>SOLUTION: In this fluid property measuring instrument of the present invention provided with an inspection vessel 41, a measuring part having the electrode surface part 42a for measuring a property of the inspected fluid, and the plurality of beadlike abrasives 49 for washing the surface of the electrode surface part 42a, the measuring part is arranged to position the electrode surface part 42a in a bottom part of the inspection vessel 41, a stirring means is provided in an upper position of the electrode surface part 42a to stir the beadlike abrasives 49, and flow-in and flow-out parts 43, 44 are provided in an upper position of the beadlike abrasives 49 to move the beadlike abrasives 49 to a bottom part side of the inspection vessel 41 by the inspected fluid flowing inside the inspection vessel 41 via the flow-in and flow-out parts 43, 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
