<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension board with a circuit which has an insulating film which is stably, can efficiently be formed by photoprocess and is excellent in dielectric characteristics for high frequency communication, moisture resistance, mechanical and physical properties, heat resistance or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The suspension board with the circuit has a polyether resin having a repeating unit expressed by general formula (I) as an insulating layer. In formula (I): A represents a 1-10C divalent alkylene group, -SO<SB>2</SB>-, -SO-, -S-, -O- or -CO-; each of a and b independently represents an integer from 0 to 4; m represents an integer 0 or 1; n represents an integer from 1 to 3; each of R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>6</SB>independently represents a hydrogen atom, a 1-8C alkyl group or a halogen atom and at least one of R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>4</SB>is a group except for a hydrogen atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
