<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction unit in which a heater winding can be wound at a fixed position in a bobbin without increasing the wight of the bobbin or impeding heat dissipation of the single turn heater winding. <P>SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic induction unit 100 where a heater winding 13 is fixed between a pair of flanges 4 and 5 of a bobbin 1 and the opposite end parts 13a and 13b of the winding 13 are wound around a pair of pin terminals 63a and 63b, at least three sets of guide ribs, including two sets of guide ribs 43, 53 and 47, 57, for regulating movement of the winding 13 in the axial direction of the bobbin and guiding the start-of-winding and end-of-winding of the winding when the winding 13 is wound around the bobbin 1 are provided on the opposite inner surfaces of the pair of flanges 4 and 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
