摘要 PURPOSE: A food disposal belt made from an electroconductive resin material and a conveying system are provided to change the characteristic of a belt or a visual characteristic by forming a metal layer on the electroconductive resin material. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor, a slide slope, a skid, a guide unit, and a path for transferring materials are made from an electroconductive resin material to detect fragments of each structure by a metal detector. The electroconductive resin material contains micro-electroconductive powders(34), micro-electromotive fibers(38), or the combination of the electroconductive powders and fibers in a base resin host(30). The weight of the micro-electroconductive powders, electromotive fibers, or the combination of the electroconductive powders and fibers for the weight of the base resin host is in the rate of 0.20¯0.40. The micro electroconductive power is made from non metal such as carbon or black lead plated with metal, metal such as stainless steel, nickel, copper, and silver plated with metal, the combination of placed non-metal or the combination of metal powders. The micro-electroconductive fiber consists of nickel-plating carbon fibers, stainless steel fibers, copper fibers, and silver fibers. An electroconductive resin structure is formed by injection-molding, compression-molding, or extrusion. The electroconductive resin material is a thin flexible woven textile.
