<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible solar cell with high durability against external force like bending force. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell has a first flexible base board 1, a surface conductive film 2 arranged on the flexible base board 1, and an oxide semiconductor porous layer 3 arranged on the surface conductive film 3. The flexible base board 1, the surface conductive film 2, and the oxide semiconductor porous layer 3 constitute a window pole 4, and an electrolyte layer 8 is arranged on the oxide semiconductor porous layer 3. A second flexible base plate 5 having a counter electrode caatalyst layer 6 is arranged at the side contacting with the electrolyte layer 8, and the second flexible base plate 5 and the counter electrode catalyst layer 6 constitute a counter electrode 7.
