The device is a mono-bloc system constituted of a strainer (1) with a metal bottom (2) formed in break vortex and perforated with maximum number of holes. A female threaded ring (4) has the diameter of the filler neck and a seal placed at the bottom of the ring. A male threaded ring (6) having diameter of the neck is welded on plate welded on the female threaded ring.
