<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safer bathroom heating and drying apparatus suppressing pressure buildup in a circulating line for heating during heating operation. <P>SOLUTION: This bathroom heating and drying apparatus is provided with a passage selector valve 23 and a circulating water tank 25 at a changeover mechanism for changing over to a bathtub reheating circulating line and a heating circulating line passing via a heating terminal 6, and constituted to insert and connect a heating return pipe 20 from the heating terminal 6 on the upper side of the circulating water tank 25, a return pipe 16 of the reheating circulating line on the lower side, and a bathtub return pipe 18 returning to the circulating water tank 25 from a circulating port of the bathtub through a shutoff valve 24, from the upper side of the circulating water tank 25 respectively. At the start of heating operation, the shutoff valve 24 is opened to drain water in the circulating water tank 25 to the bathtub from the bathtub return pipe 18 to form an air layer at the upper part in the circulating water tank 25. When the heating circulating line is filled with water, the shutoff valve 24 is closed to perform heating operation, and when pressure is built up in piping by the rise of hot water temperature during heating operation, the air layer at the upper part in the circulating water tank 25 is contracted to suppress pressure buildup. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
