PURPOSE: A toilet for handicapped people is provided to enable the handicapped people to easily use the toilet by themselves. CONSTITUTION: The toilet comprises: a frame(110); a toilet body(120) mounted to the frame to move upward or downward; a pair of armpit support units(130) mounted to the toilet body to move upward or downward, the armpit support units being movable toward or away from each other so as to adjust a distance therebetween; an excretion collection unit; and a drive unit.
