<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a chart of measurement data of a desired channel by easy operation. <P>SOLUTION: This data display device 1 displays measurement data of a plurality of channels on a display screen 24a as a chart of each channel. When touching or clicking a channel marker or a channel display portion of a channel display part 31 to select the channel, the data display device 1 displays only the chart of the measurement data of the channel and a scale corresponding to the channel on the display screen 24a.
