PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presheet for making fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic that has excellent moldability and an excellent surface feeling.SOLUTION: A presheet for making fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic is a sheet formed by heating a laminate comprising a web layer comprising reinforced fibers and thermoplastic resin, and a resin layer comprising a thermoplastic resin and having a permeability of more than 0 cm/cms, the resin layer on at least one surface of the presheet for making fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic.SELECTED DRAWING: None
