<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of frictional heat caused by removing a deposited substance of a stator. <P>SOLUTION: The linear motor device is provided with the stator 101 and a moving element 102 which form a magnetic field between each other, driving bodies 7L, 7R which hold the moving element 102 and drive by the induction of the magnetic field, a removing member 103 which is supported by the driving bodies 7L, 7R, and removes the deposited substance of the stator 101, and a contact/separation mechanism 110 which can switch the contact state and the separation state of the removing member 103 to the stator 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
