PURPOSE: A TV-combined mobile communication terminal is provided to visually and auditorily inform a user that a call connection signal is received in a mobile communication terminal while the user watches TV, in order to selectively induce a call, thereby magnifying user convenience. CONSTITUTION: An antenna induces signals corresponding to a specific frequency to be receivable. A sky wave transmitter/receiver(1) receives plural radio signals whose impedance is matched with plural preset frequencies, and transmits a beeping sound. A TV signal detector(3) detects a TV signal set from the radio signals, and extracts the TV signal only. A TV signal processing unit(7) separates the TV signal according to a control signal, processes image and sound signals of each channel, and converts into digital signals. A CDMA signal detector(5) detects a CDMA signal only from the radio signals, and extracts the CDMA signal. A mobile communication signal processing unit(9) separates the CDMA signal by character and voice, and converts into a call enable state.
