PURPOSE: A method for constructing a sleeve for protecting a pipe passing a wall of a bathroom and the sleeve are provided to install the heating pipes conveniently and easily and to insulate heat and water efficiently by adjusting the height of the sleeve according to the thickness of the wall of the bathroom. CONSTITUTION: An assembling socket part of a sleeve(100) is placed in a bathroom(1), and the other assembling socket part is placed indoors to select the position according to the height of the assembling sockets. The sleeve is installed to a wall(2) of the bathroom, and the length is adjusted according to the thickness of the wall of the bathroom. The floor of the bathroom is adjusted to the floor of the room, and a heating pipe(3) is penetrated through the sleeve installed to the wall of the bathroom. Packing, a press ring and a sealing member are fitted to the pipe, and the sealing member is thread-connected to the assembling socket of the sleeve. The sealing member is tightened to grip the heating pipe firmly in combining the assembling part of the sleeve with the sealing member.
