PURPOSE: A structure for preventing theft of a hammer for escaping from a bus is provided to restrict the hammer from being stolen by alarming in separating the hammer, and to escape from the bus quickly in overturning the bus. CONSTITUTION: A bracket is made of synthetic resin or metal and fastened to a pillar trim to access easily. A supporting ring(2) is formed in the upper part of the bracket, and supporting pieces(3,3') are formed in the middle of the bracket. A hammer(4) is composed of a hammer body made of plastic, a handle formed in the lower part, a supporting hanging unit(7) inserted to the supporting pieces and formed in the upper part of the handle, and a metal striking needle(8) inserted to the supporting ring. A switch(10) is connected to the alarm in series, and turned on in separating the hammer from the bracket.
