PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal and a wireless communication device of hands-free are provided to enable a mobile communication terminal to communicate with a wireless communication device wirelessly. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer(12) is installed in a mobile communication terminal(10) for communicating with the outside for inputting and outputting a voice data signal. The first and second infrared ports(14,22) are installed at the mobile communication terminal(10) and a hands-free(20) respectively for receiving and transmitting the voice data signal in infrared rays. A transmitter(24) and a receiver(25) are installed at the hands-free(20) for inputting and outputting a voice signal. A codec(26) is installed in the hands-free(20) for converting the voice data signal into the voice signal to be output through the transmitter(24) and converts the voice signal into the voice data signal to be transmitted to the mobile communication terminal(10).
