PURPOSE: A rotation shaft of a hermetic rotary compressor is provided to prevent the metal friction caused by the unbalance of oil supply for reducing forcible wear and noise generation, thereby improving the performance of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A rotation shaft of a hermetic rotary compressor includes a body part(25) having an upper part coupled with a rotator of a motor and an axial hole of an upper bearing element and a lower part coupled with an axial hole of a lower bearing element. A thrust part(28) is formed eccentrically with respect to the center(C1) of the body part and has a bottom surface contacting a top surface of the lower bearing element for relative motion. An eccentric part(29) has a center(C3) eccentrically formed with respect to the center(C2) of the thrust part with a diameter larger than the thrust, and coupled with a roller on a periphery. An oil receiving part(73) is formed in the shape of a groove to the bottom surface of the thrust part to be upwardly indented for receiving oil. An oil supply path(26) is formed in the axial center of the body part.
