<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a disk member on the boss part of which underfill is not generated. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical boss part 1B is formed by plastically deforming a burring part Wb by compressing it in the axial direction from above and below with an upper die 5 and a lower die 6. Since an annular recessed part 6A is formed on the pressing surface of the lower die 6, the burring part Wb in the process of plastic deformation is difficult to escape outward in the radial direction.
