<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a care service so that providing of a care service satisfactory for a care receiver can be realized while significantly reducing the burden of a care manager. <P>SOLUTION: A customer information database 3a storing customer information for each registered care receiver, a service information database 3b storing service information for each service providing agent, and a reservation information database 3a storing reservation information showing the reservation state of the care service in each service providing agent are connected to an information processing server 2, and in the information processing server 2, reservation processing of the care service is performed according to a designation by the care receiver or his/her protector. An execution plan of the care service in which the result is integrated is displayed on a care receiver terminal 4 or a care manager terminal 5 as a service providing table.
