PURPOSE: An information storage medium, a recording/reproducing method of position information and a device thereof are provided to record position information of an area where changed disk-related information is recorded, thereby effectively and quickly reading the disk-related information. CONSTITUTION: When a disk is loaded(S11), a device reads disk-related information from a common information table(S12). The device reads position information where necessary parameters are recorded from a position information field(S14). The device records or reproduces data on the disk according to parameter information recorded in a corresponding position by the read position information(S16).
