<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask sheet capable of effectively preventing the penetration of fine dust, bacteria, fungi, pollen, house dust and the like into the body from a mouth or a nose, generating far infrared rays and capable of efficiently producing negative ions by breathing. <P>SOLUTION: The mask sheet 2 is formed of thin-walled sheet material comprising a silicone or urethane rubber with a rubber hardness of 5-25 rich in flexibility and elastic stretchability, having stickiness and mixed with an ore powder enhanced in both of the radiation efficiency of far infrared rays and the production efficiency of negative ions.
