PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management device capable of easily performing process management.

SOLUTION: This production management device performing manufacture management for a photomask has: a design rule information input part for inputting design rule information that is information for designating a design rule of the produced photomask; a standard process storage part associating and storing a standard process in each the design rule; and a standard process retrieval part reading, from the standard process storage part, the standard process corresponding to the design rule information inputted from the design rule information input part.
