The mechanism has a wheel integrated to canon-pinion that drives another wheel. An additional minute wheel pivots on a fixed post and carries a cam pin with a star. The star undergoes an action of a spring to progressively wind the spring until a point or to cause an instantaneous progression of a display. The cam pin is located at a distance of 1 millimeter from an axis of the minute wheel.
