PURPOSE: To provide an air conditioner which is able to protect users from cold during a winter time by raising a temperature of exit air and improve comfort of the users during a summer time by lowering a temperature of the exit air. CONSTITUTION: The air conditioner comprises a main body (10), an air inlet (10a) through which air is flown, a filter part (20) which filters the flown-in air through the air inlet, a siroco fan (30) which inhales the air passing through the filter part, an air exit (10b) which exits the air blown in through the siroco fan, a heat-exchange pipe (40) which makes contact with the air passing through the filter part, and a regenerative container (50) where a part of the heat exchange pipe is installed and heat storage materials are received.
