<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit which supplies a control voltage signal of positive/negative voltages, required for conduction control synchronized with the transition of a switching signal, without requiring dedicated control circuit. <P>SOLUTION: If a switching control signal V(SW) causes voltage transition, capacity is coupled via a capacitor C1 and a voltage shifted in level, according to a voltage transition quantity of the switching control signal V(SW)is induced at a gate terminal G1. After that, a resistance element R2 serves as a leak route, and a gate voltage V(GE) is decreased, with time passage of time. The gate voltage V(GE) converted in level, according to the transition of the switching control signal V(SW) input without dedicated power supply required is output to a positive side and a negative side in a self-matching manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
