PURPOSE: To provide a double structured container manufacturing method for improving adiabaticity by forming an air layer between an inner container and an outer container and bonding a joint part thereof by ultrasonic heating and improving coupling force by forming arc shaped coupling protrusions on an end part of coupling flange of the inner container, and a coupling structure of double structured container manufactured by the same. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a double structured container comprises an inner container manufacturing process of manufacturing an inner container(10) an upper part of which is opened, in which a space part(11) for keeping food is formed, and an upper end part of which is folded outward to form a coupling flange(12) after drawing a stainless steel sheet; an outer container manufacturing process of ejection molding synthetic resin into an outer container(20) which is formed to envelope the outer circumferential surface of the inner container, on an upper part of which handles(21) are projected orthogonally along the circumference of the container, and in which a coupling groove(22) is formed downward in a concave shape along the inner circumference of the handles; and a bonding process of coupling the coupling flange of the inner container to the coupling groove of the outer container in such a way that an air layer with a certain thickness between the inner and outer containers, wherein the inner and outer containers are bonded by heating a joint part of the inner and outer containers using ultrasonic waves in the bonding process.
