PURPOSE: A stabilizer bar mounting structure is provided to prevent shock generated by geometry error of a stabilizer bar from being transmitted to a vehicle body by cutting off a transmitting path of load delivered to an arm from a support bracket in bumping or rebounding both vehicle wheels. CONSTITUTION: In a stabilizer bar mounting structure, an elongated hole(10c) is formed longitudinally at an arm(10a) of a stabilizer bar(10) screw-combined with a support bracket(17) fixed at an axle. A bearing is installed on an outer peripheral surface of a bolt(B) for joining the arm and the support bracket and roll-contacted in the elongated hole. The bearing is inserted into the bolt by a tube-type spacer to roll-contact smoothly in the hole.
