PURPOSE: An emergency notification device using a cellular phone is provided to embed a wireless receiver for receiving an emergency notification signal delivered from a wireless transmitter, and to notify other person of an emergency message if the emergency notification signal is received. CONSTITUTION: A wireless transmitter(10) wirelessly outputs an emergency notification signal. A cellular phone(30) transmits an emergency message when the emergency notification signal is received. The wireless transmitter(10) comprises as follows. A pulse signal generator outputs the emergency notification signal. A modulator modulates the outputted emergency notification signal into a wireless deliver signal. An amplifier amplifies the modulated emergency notification signal. A signal generator wirelessly outputs the amplified emergency notification signal.
