摘要 PURPOSE: A method of driving liquid crystal panel, a liquid crystal apparatus and an electronic device are provided to prevent dispersion of gradation at an area of low temperature by applying a pulse width modulation signal as a drive signal to a pair of electrodes according to the gradation. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel(10) includes a pair of electrodes between which liquid crystal is kept and performs gradation display by applying pulse width modulation signal as a drive signal to the electrodes according to gradation. A temperature detection part(50) detects temperature at the liquid crystal panel and environment where the liquid crystal panel is placed. A determination part(60) determines whether the detected temperature is higher than a predetermined critical value or not. A pulse width decision part(70) widens pulse width of the drive signal if the detected temperature is higher than the critical value. The pulse width decision part decreases the pulse width thereof if the detected temperature is lower than the critical value.
