FIELD: continuous metering of loose materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed metering unit has cone-shaped feeding vibrating bin and metering member made in form of roller located under it. Located in lower portion of vibrating bin above outlet hole is member taking-up the vibrations of bin, thus excluding packing of material in zone of outlet hole; its shape (cone for example with vertex oriented upward)excludes flow of material from its surface. Guide vibrating funnel located under metering roller is provided with horizontal screen; member located under outlet hole of guide funnel forms dust cloud; it is also made in form of cone with vertex oriented upward to exclude accumulation of material; it is secured by elastic suspension for taking-up the vibrations of funnel. ^ EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and stability of continuous proportioning. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
