<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless entry device and system capable of preventing the occurrence of an accident even when an object approaches. <P>SOLUTION: This keyless entry device 20 is provided with a control part 22 for determining whether a user is a regular user of a vehicle based on transmit data including identification information sent from a smart entry card 10, and a door lock motor 30a unlocking a door when the user is determined to be the regular user of the vehicle by the control part 22.
