TESTING DEVICE AND PROGRAMMING TOOL, ESPECIALLY INCLUDING TABLE TYPE PROGRAM DESCRIBING TEST CONTENT AMONG FLOWCHART

摘要

PURPOSE: A testing device and a programming tool are provided to express test content of each test target easily and to execute and edit the test content easily. CONSTITUTION: A programmable test device is used in a test process of a production line. A program preservation unit(201) preserves a flowchart describing the flow of a test process and a test program constituted with a table type program describing test content of the flowchart. A flowchart execution unit(202) reads the flowchart among the test program, and executes the flowchart. A table type program execution unit(203) reads the table type program among the test program and executes the table type program. An input/output unit inputs and outputs a signal from the test target. The flowchart execution unit executes the test program according to the flowchart, and also judges whether a table type program is described in an execution step, and executes the table type program execution unit when the table type program is described.
