<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely calibrate detected values of a weighing device for an elevator. <P>SOLUTION: A storing portion 44 of a weighing calibration section 38 stores relationships between a load factor and values detected by the elevator weighing device and between a load factor and an average torque current as an appropriate relationship during initial setup. After the initial setup, a computing section 46 computes a relationship between the current load factor and the values detected by the elevator weighing device, and computes a relationship between the load factor and the value detected by the elevator weighing device after the initial set up based on the computed relationship and the relationship between the average torque current and the load factor stored in the storing portion 44. The computing section 46 calibrates the relationship between the load factor and the value detected by the elevator weighing device stored in the storing portion 44 during the initial setup to the relationship between a newly computed load factor and the value detected by the elevator weighing device after the initial setup, thus performing calibration of the value detected by the weighing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
