<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for settling sediment of a fermented liquid food, enabling a speed of settling the sediment to be high and capable of shortening a time required for conducting coagulation, sedimentation, and isolation of a protein turbid substance. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises adding each of (1) silica sol, (2) bentonite, and (3) a high molecular weight coagulant to the fermented liquid food in this order, when the coagulation, the sedimentation, and the isolation the protein turbid substance of the fermented liquid food are conducted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
