<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plastic substrate color filter. <P>SOLUTION: A plastic substrate having a plurality of recessed grooves is formed by an extrusion molding method and three primary colors photoresist liquid which determines red (R), blue (B) and green (G) of the color filter is injected into the recessed grooves of the plastic substrate. Thus, the problems associated with the conventional technique, in which a plurality of lithographic processes is used, are solved, the processes are effectively shortened and the above is made suitable to manufacture a plastic substrate color filter having a large area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
