A composite material tool bar for assembling a bite is provided to restrict a bite installation portion from being loosened or broken by mounting a hard insert in the composite material body and fixing the bite in a hole, and to prevent thermal deformation or processing deformation from asymmetry by installing an additional insert or placing a second insert on an axis. A composite material tool bar comprises a first insert(240) inserted to a composite material body(10) and composed of a bite installation hole(210) for mounting bites and a bite height adjusting hole(220) combined with bolts for adjusting length of the bite, and a second insert(250) inserted to the composite material body, connected to a side of the first insert and composed of a bite fixing hole combined with bolts for fastening bites. Processability of the bite is improved by installing the first hard insert and the second hard insert in the composite material body, and deformation is restricted by symmetrically extending the second insert to the axis.
